| Zhejiang University National Technology Park is a multi-functional park,such as business,R&D,education,incubator,and service,It makes its goal as the basement of hi-tech R&D,enterprise headquarters,and modern business,and takes its characteristics as "exquisite,grand,harmony".The Laoheshan part located in the Xixi Road,which is the center of West Lske District.It closes to Laoheshan in the south,connects Tianmushan Road in the nouth.The area is an east-west narrow and long type.It is 1700m from east to west,and 120-570 from north and south,and the Xixi Road runs through the middle of it.The planning area is 30 hecrares,and the construction area is 600,000 m(2). | West Lake Economic and Techonlogical Park is the satellite park of the national-level developent developent park---Hangzhou Hi-tech Industry Development Park.The planned total area of the first phase covers an area of 2.12 km(2).And the construction used land is 200 hectares,which includes industry used land 120 hectares,comprehensive servise used land 10 hectares,roads and afforest used land 70 hectares.The planned construction area is up to 1,680,000 m(2).The sencond phase covers an area of 10 m(2).It gives priority to leading hi-new industries,such as electronic information,biolgical medicine,electromechanical integrating,environmental protection and fine chemistry,etc.It is the base for high-tech industry.Having the best position and environment,and the most talented people,it is not only a basement of hi-new enterprises,but also one of the best parks in Hangzhou. |

Location
It is located in the northwest of Hangzhou downtown area---Sandun Town of West Lake District.It is 500 m away from Hangzhou City-round highway,faces Xuanhang railway and cannal passage under contemplation in the north,reaches Xiangliu Road in the South.It is the key way which connects Hangzhou City-round highway and Hangqian highway.There is only a road's bredth away from Zhejiang University Zijingang Campus.It is a featured park in urban area.

Power Supply: The park power is supplied by the East China Electric Network,with an 110KV distribution substation.
